This annual festival celebrates the many heritages of this region and Ochlocknee's past as one of the top producers of cane syrup in the nation. Unique arts and crafts, food of every description, an old-fashioned country fair, a living museum, an antique museum, the awarding of the Old South Day Heritage Quilt, the making of cane syrup by the old-fashioned open kettle method (from the grinding of the sugar cane, to the cooking of the juice and to the finished product of cane syrup) and much more will be awaiting all who attend the day's activities beginning at 9:00am.
